Dan Ambrico

Dan Ambrico
Chief Executive Officer
Dan Ambrico is the CEO of LSQ. In his role as CEO, Dan has led LSQ’s platform expansion into supply chain finance, payments automation and credit infrastructure to complement its strong AR finance foundation. He joined LSQ in 2015 in a strategy role before taking a leadership position in 2017. Dan has more than 20 years of experience in financial services with stops at JP Morgan, Level Global, and Goldman Sachs. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received a B.A. of Business Administration.
Richard Lee

Richard Lee
President, Chief Operations Officer
Richard Lee brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial services leadership to his role as President, COO. In his eight years at LSQ, Lee has also served as VP of Finance and Chief Risk Officer, prior to assuming his current position in 2023. Before joining LSQ, he led various functions at Goldman Sachs and Capital Group. Lee holds a BA in economics from the University of Michigan.

Terry Ragsdale first joined LSQ in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for financial reporting and analytics, transaction structuring, and funding, including managing LSQ’s lender relationships. Prior to joining LSQ, Terry worked in banking, investment, and client-management roles at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs and was a partner at The Capital Group Companies (American Funds). Terry holds a B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University.

Doug Goldin
General Counsel
Doug Goldin heads LSQ’s legal department, where he guards against legal risks, drafts, reviews, and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts and provides strategic guidance on a wide variety of corporate- and compliance-related matters. Prior to joining LSQ, Doug was an attorney at two premier full-service Am Law 100 law firms and was also in-house counsel at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. where he managed a portfolio of mortgage-related litigation matters. He is a graduate of University of Florida and Stetson University College of Law.

Chief Channel Development Officer
Miguel Serricchio currently serves as LSQ’s Chief Channel Development Officer. In his role, he leads LSQ’s bank and other financial partnership initiatives. A 35-year veteran of B2B and international finance, Miguel has led service and technology innovation at some of the largest financial institutions across the globe, including Citigroup, and at various national and regional banks in the United States. He holds a B.A. of International Commerce in Economy/Finance from the Argentine University of Enterprise (UADE).

Vikas Shah
Chief Revenue Officer
Vikas Shah is LSQ’s Chief Revenue Officer. In his role, Shah is responsible for leading all go-to-market functions while engaging strategic prospects, customers, and partners to drive revenue growth for the business. Shah is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley and brings extensive enterprise software, data and finance-technology experience from leadership roles at companies such as Taulia, SuccessFactors and SAP.

Shawn Wen

Shawn Wen serves as Chief Technology Officer at LSQ. In his role, Shawn leads engineering, data science, cloud infrastructure, Info security and IT teams and is focused on the evolution of LSQ’s cloud-based unified working capital platform. Shawn, an alumnus of Hefei University of Technology (China), The City College of New York, and Northeastern University, has more than 20 years of experience leading technology teams and building client-centric products in the financial services and technology industries in addition to working on large-scale cloud-based projects, like Amazon Alexa.

William Samuelson serves as LSQ’s Executive VP of Administration. To his role, brings extensive experience in organizational leadership and driving strategic growth initiatives. Leadership roles during his LSQ tenure have included operations and portfolio management and talent acquisition and development. Prior experience includes business banking division executive roles at Webster Bank and Peoples United Bank. Bill holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hartwick College.

VP, Strategic Product
Kelly Marsh Dixon brings more than 25 years of experience solving working capital challenges at LSQ. In her current role as VP of Strategic Product Delivery, Kelly has been instrumental to the development of LSQ’s supply chain finance and payments platforms supporting both UX and operational product management. Prior to that, Kelly spent 15 years leading various operations functions for LSQ’s AR finance business.

Rodney Campus leads LSQ’s AR Portfolio Management and Underwriting teams. In his current role, Rodney works closely with clients to support their working capital and AR management needs. Rondey also manages LSQ’s new client onboarding platform. Prior to his current role, Rodney held leadership positions across LSQ’s portfolio management team for more than 15 years. Rodney holds a B.S. degree in Aircraft Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Sara Flegel Kramer

Sara is currently VP of Special Projects, responsible for implementing strategy-enabled projects for the organization. Sara has spent the last 11 years at LSQ in an array of positions including Portfolio and Risk Management, Supplier Success, and has managed multiple teams across the organization. Sara began her career at LSQ out of her MBA program at the University of Central Florida, where she also obtained a degree in marketing.
