Reports to: VP, Director of Marketing
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing technology to drive referral traffic and generate marketing qualified leads for our Working Capital Platform. You’ll run advertising campaigns, manage marketing automation, design prospecting cadences, manage events, coordinate with our SDR team, and ensure continuous campaign improvements based on feedback, analytics, and continuous iteration. Additionally, this role builds strong, trusted relationships with internal customers and stakeholders, and provides quantifiable business value to the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Marketing Campaign Manager has a wide variety of roles and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Build, manage, and continuously optimize integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including events, email, webinars, digital ads, SEM, and syndicated content.
Construct Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns from the ground up that target key personas at enterprise accounts.
Accurately report on and determine KPIs for marketing campaigns, reflecting marketing pipeline contribution, ROI, CPL, and specific program objectives.
Manage Marketo, our marketing system of record and automation and create a lead scoring, attribution, and reporting framework.
Implement and manage our email and lead nurture programs.
Create outbound prospecting cadences using SalesLoft.
Ensure data cleanliness and streamline the lead and contact import process.
Create and optimize landing pages and emails through A/B testing to drive marketing qualified leads.
Assist in webinar and live event management and logistics.
BA/BS degree with 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably for a SaaS, eCommerce or Fintech company. Customer acquisition experience is a plus.
Experience running campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, display, email, social, and web.
Strong campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona and buying cycle experience required
Strong writer, clear communicator and out-of-the-box thinker.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insight.
Expertise with various marketing tools, including Marketo, Drift, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Salesloft, and Google Ads.
Able to analyze data and construct reports to evaluate campaign success.
Bonus points for any of the following:
Can get your hands dirty in design tools like Sketch, Adobe, Illustrator, etc.
Have a basic understanding of HTML & CSS and aren’t afraid to use it.
Have an eye for graphic design.
A knack for messaging consistency and style
This is a full-time position.
There is minimal travel expected for this position.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will generally remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, as well as repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
