Job Purpose

We're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in our Orlando, FL office. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for prospecting, nurturing, qualifying, and distributing leads to the sales team working as a liaison between marketing and sales departments. Maintain strong knowledge of our platform, differentiators, and target industries and personas. You will be contacting both cold and warm leads as well as referral partners to develop new business opportunities.  This role will be evaluated based on your ability to engage and book meetings with qualified sales prospects. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Development Representatives have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities, including:

  • Developing new sales qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting. 

  • Successfully book meetings that produce sales qualified opportunities for our sales team to close.

  • Create and optimize successful cold calling, social media, and email campaigns and cadences targeting new prospects.

  • Build a social media network to expand influence and thought leadership.

  • Keep prospect pipeline data updated and accurate in Salesforce and Salesloft.

  • Research and assess potential prospects.

  • Learn and demonstrate the LSQ FastTrack platform to prospective customers.

  • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Periodically travel to territory events to meet prospects, provide face to face product demos, and generate new pipeline.

  • Work with a close-knit team of talented sales experts who will challenge you and support you in your professional growth.

  • Be positive, energetic, and engaging when communicating with sales prospects.


  • 2+ years experience in lead management, outbound prospecting, or marketing.

  • Experience in selling SaaS, Fintech, financial products or related fields.

  • Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Experience in a high velocity sales environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, and ability to hold an engaging conversation or write an attention-grabbing email.

  • Self-starter with good time management and organizational skills.

  • Quick learner who is creative and tech-savvy.

  • Ability to spend all day sending emails and making phone calls.

  • High energy with a positive, figure-it-out attitude when things get tough.

  • You are a hard worker with a strong sense of urgency.

  • You are a team player and FUN to work with! 

Preferred Skills

Bonus points for any of the following:

  • Know your way around Salesforce, Outreach or SalesLoft.

  • Are a fluent Spanish speaker and writer.

  • Have a basic understanding of HTML.

  • Have an eye for graphic design.

Position Type

This is a full-time position.


There is minimal travel expected for this position. 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will generally remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, as well as repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
