Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the LSQ room block with the JW Marriott. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours please check your spam filters or contact the person who invited you.

You must reserve your hotel stay directly through the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. Any questions or issues with the hotel reservation should be handled with JW Marriott directly.

LSQ has negotiated a special room rate and is also covering the cost of one night for one room per attendee. The LSQ-covered room will be reflected on checkout from the hotel.
